Guest guest
SiGiGee, We must be long lost twins!! I love this sentence- "I'd cheerfully do all the clean-up if someone would come and cook for me." I agree! I really don't mind doing dishes (I don't have a dishwasher so I have to wash everything by hand). BUT if I cook I don't want to do the dishes. I'd definitely pick dishes over cooking though! I also like baking-though I'm often too lazy to do that too but I'd pick it over cooking anyday! I have a friend who hates cooking but likes baking too and we've reasoned the reason is that when you bake something it's more likely to be good. I've rarely baked something that wasn't edible but there's been lots of new cooking recipes I've tried that I had to throw out. I think part of my problem is it's just me to cook for. I don't have to cook for anyone else so when I do cook I end up eating leftovers for days and get sick of it. So I usually opt for whatever quick heated thing I can find that I feel like eating at the time. Kipkabob (Intuitive eating since September 2006) Yahoo!
