Good job to you as well not only realizing what you truly needed was

the rest but actually getting the rest you needed.

Thanks,

J.

That's a wonderful connection to make J! I find that when I can put

cause and effect together (at last), that tends to make it easier to

do it the next time too. Success breeds more success :) [it may also

be good to wait a bit longer too - deals will only get better on auto

row!]

Thanks Katcha and oh so true. I needed to realize what I was doing

to better help me understand the next time and I must say today is a

new and better day. So far today I've honoured my actual hunger (not

my idea of thinking I may or may not be hungry and convinciing myself

of it even though it's not true). I was better able to know when I'd

had enough and now I feel satisfied - I like this feeling so much

better!! I also thought that if I was truly hungry in an hour or two

or three I could eat again and the food will always be there and it

could be what I wanted - lots of new and wonderful concepts.

Thanks,

J.

With intuitive eating, there are no good or bad foods. There is no "on a diet" or "off a diet". There is nothing to feel guilty about. Our self-esteem can remain intact while we engage in the process of reconnecting with our innate wisdom earning to honor our body signals.Subject: Re: Principle 2 - "Honor Your Hunger"To: IntuitiveEating_Support Received: Wednesday, 3 September, 2008, 3:43 PM
