Guest guest
It was really great that you were willing to test your " hypothesis " despite your fears. Your experience shows how we all go through our process in our own time and that 2 years into the process, you continue to learn, grow, and honor yourself > > Hi, I just wanted to post on Principle #2 as it is one I believe I am > coming up against big time lately. Guest guest
Thank you, Latoya! I'm pretty sure my stomach problems are due to the fact that I need to eat more, and in the past when I read passages in books or online about learning to recognize your hunger signals I would sort of shake my head in disbelief thinking, " How hard is it really?? I've got that part down. " But, it turns out, maybe I don't quite yet And this is definitely a process..a culmination of little steps that lead you to your " victory " , so to speak. > > It was really great that you were willing to test your " hypothesis " > despite your fears. Guest guest
I am very happy to hear that you have amended your thinking and taking a new go at re-discovering your hunger signals. I hope that others reading your post will see that IE is a learning process and we always can discover new things and work on them when we are ready. I'm sure some will think - OMG! does it take over a year to find this out?!? No, that's not the point, you have been working well on those areas you could handle and now re-tuning back into hunger signals has led you to this next step for you. EXCELLENT work and bravo too! Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > Hi, I just wanted to post on Principle #2 as it is one I believe I am > coming up against big time lately.
