Guest guest Posted November 13, 2008 Report Share Posted November 13, 2008 I've had my power plate for nearly 2 months now but still feel a beginner.Having started too enthusiastically, I tortured my muscles. Mine is quite a powerful machine. Once I'd slowed down it was fine. One and a half minutes every other day at the lowest frequency is about my limit. My legs do feel stronger even at this pathetic amount.I'd be interested to hear how you get on with the resistance chair. Good luck with the power plate and take it easy!
