Guest guest
I do know someone with MS on Mona Vie. She mainly takes it for her arthritis but it also gives her more energy. As for info, I have been drinking it for 2 years. I don't have MS but I have a coupleof friends who do that's why I check this site out for any new info or approaches. I've been on this list for many years. After trying a bottle and having some great effects from it, I signed up to get it wholesale, about $30/bottle. Yes it's an MLM but I don't really market it too much, I just like drinking it and my hubby has had some nice health benefits, as well as my son-it has prevented him from going into his asthma cycle. The acai from Mona Vie is picked and processed within hours as it breaks down in nutritional value significantly within 18 hours of being picked. It is flash freezedried at a low heat to preserve it's potentcy. Mona Vie has their plant right on the edge of the rain forest. Other sources of acai are not so forthcoming about how they process their acai. After it's flash freezedried it's shipped to the US and is reconstituted with and blended with 18 other organic and wild fruits, including wild blueberries, pomegranite and wolfberry. The ORAC score reads very high and it's like getting the nutritional value of 5-6 servings of organcic fruits and vegetables phytonutrients in a 2 oz seving. It has 4 carbs per ounce and is sweetened with stevia. There is a trace amount of sodium benzoate. Mona Vie has had numerous testing and has virtually no trace of pesticide. I am surprised it took so long for any discussion to hit this website. One of the main things Mona Vie does is help with inflamation. It's anti-inflamatory effect is incredible. It's helping a lot of the autoimmune diseases, inclucing MS and Lupus. Yes it seems pricey at first. But 4oz(2 ounces in the morning and 2 ounces at night) cost around $4-5/day for approx 12 servings of nutritional value of fruits and vegetables. (I decided to ask " do you drink Starbucks-couldn't resist-and much healthier) Do you eat organic foods? Are you eating 9-12 servings of fruits and veggies a day? It actually is a good value when you look at it that way. My friends and I do a bulk order and get the price down so we can share with other people we know. I've had 7 friends sign up to get it wholesale and now I have over 50 people " in my tree " that I get points from which accumulate so I get money on a debit card. This has brought my personal expense down and also a few tax write offs for a home based business so basically I drink it for free or close to it. A few of my friends also did this but mostly they're just drinkers. I don't know where any of you are in your journey with MS but there are a lot of people having wonderful health benefits from drinking this juice. If something might have a positive effect on your health it might be worth looking into. The way this has become so big is by people having tasting parties. If you get the chance you could go try a taste and hear some more info. These 'tastings' last about an hour or so and can be very informative. So here you have it. My biased info on Mona Vie. I love what the juice has done for me and my family and my friends. We all have pieces to our puzzle for maintaining our health. This wonderful juice has been a tremendous blessing for my family. Respectfully, LaurieK > > Does anybody know anything about mona vie and if it helps people that > have ms? I have no clue.
