Lighten up Jen, members are trying to help each other and none of us have

identical conditions. Maybe something mentioned will help you. I think you

should move on if you aren't happy here but if you decide to stay, stop being so

insulting.

Hi Jen-

I can understand you frustration.

What are you doing for Vitamin D levels?

I'm sick of reading some of your posts that say " we all suffer from

PLEASE give me a break!  I don't have weakness, I can walk AND do any

exercise I did before I was diagnosed with MS.  Yoga is good for EVERYONE not

just people with MS.

You mention CCSVI and leaking-gut as being a cause.   Maybe CCSVI

contributed to my MS because my grandmother had a partially blocked artery in

her neck.  BUT I think my MS was caused by low vitamin D.  I've only had my Vit

D levels checked twice and both times it was very low.  The first time was just

before my optic neuritis in my right eye.

I wish all of you would give an unbiased report on various treatments and

STOP telling people what to do.

Hi Jen

Think I'm going to have to repeat 's words of WISDOM!!

I haven't read that ANYONE makes outlandish and overly broad statements, and if

they have, I haven't noticed because I'm smart enough to know not to pay it any

mind. Knowing ME, that'd stress me out, and as we should all know by now,

'stress' is an enemy!! (and THAT has been proven!) Whether you're at the stage

to notice or not, doing enough research will show the affects that stress has.

:)

See 'CCSVI in Multiple Sclerosis' and Joan's notes on Ferritin etc if you're on

Facebook.

Newbies might think that EVERYONE'S 'MS' is the same (just as most of us did in

the beginning I'm sure), but we who've chatted with and supported enough of our

other fellow sufferers know better, as do you I'm gathering.

Please remember that this group helps people who are at EVERY stage of 'MS' from

newly dxd to those further down the line!! Here we're allowed to ask 'stupid

questions' in a supportive environment without anyone thinking less of us.

It's great that you're not having ANY 'MS' problems or 'disability' - remember

that the members of this group will be here for you to help you should you end

up like some of the rest of us who DO struggle with getting around and then need

help or advice. Please, as has said, be nice so it'll be easier for US

to help you when you need it - and be able to help with a sincere smile!! ;)
