Guest guest
Lemon balm tea helps a little, marijuana helps a lot. Standing up in the middle of the night and putting weight on the legs helps a little too. Magnesium oil helps too. Janet To: mscured From: ashley173502@... Date: Wed, 29 Sep 2010 17:45:16 +0000 Subject: Spasms I already know the benifits of vitamins. I continue to have leg spasms. Until I can purchase vitamins to help with this problem, I take my Tryleptol. Is there something better I can do?
Guest guest
If you eat butter you can try High Vitamin Butter oil by Green Pastures. It contains Wultzen Factor which protects against degenerative arthrititis and hardening of the arteries. It makes my legs relax a little. > > > Lemon balm tea helps a little, marijuana helps a lot. Guest guest
Magnesium bothers me too. It is not a supplement recommended for my metabolic type. But if it is in combination with the equivalent of calcium it is better. Also the carrier might make a difference (mag nitrate, mag. stearate...). > > karen, > i have horrendous leg spasms which are only aggravated by mag (maggravated?)...i > find that a number of things help--a clean bowel (i do a colonic before bed), > some stretching and massage right before bed, and when things are dire, a > cocktail of 10 mg of baclofen and an advil PM. > aviva > > > > > >
