Hi,

My name is Jas, I'm on my early 30tys, I'm a mother of a 2 year old boy and have been struggling with weight/ dieting all my life. Tried every diet out there and feeling desperate.

I'm at my heaviest 160lbs at 5'4".

I had two painful miscarriages before having my son, I attribute them to bad diet/ nutrition and extreme stress that they caused. I want to get back to a healthy weight, feel confident and have a happy relationship with food. I especially want to be a good role model for my son and would like to have another child.

I hope to post a journal daily and look forward to feedback and learning from others.
