Guest guest
No name. At least, they didn't give me a name. My hands are all bruised today and still slightly swollen. Which brings me to my question: Orencia or Remicade? I was allergic to Humira. I am currently taking MTX twice a week and Arava daily to the max dose for both. I'm also on prednisone which is making me HORRIBLY depressed. Oh, and Cymbalta now. I need to decide by Monday. Any pros or cons to either choice? I read and watched the marketing package for both drugs. I got nothing from them. Real life people, what's your thoughts? , That's horrible. Did name what you experienced? Guest guest
I totally love Orencia. I had no side affects at all. Joyce
Guest guest
Orencia did not work for me but I'm the poster child for 's Law. In the infusion room where I get my treatments there are others who are on Orencia and it is working great for them. The nurses in charge of the infusion room have told me that I'm only the second one they've seen that it isn't helping. If you choose Orencia the odds are great that it Will work for you. Guest guest
Thanks for your input Dalanne! I'm glad I'm not in Normal Illinois today. It's bad enough here in Nashville. My rheumy also says she's only had one client who had an allergic reaction to Orencia. I'm leaning towards it to be honest. I'm usually 's Law too. But Orencia's numbers look pretty good. I don't know why it took three treatments of Humira before I had hives. Usually if I'm going to have an allergic reaction, it's pretty quick.
