There are links to other IE sites at this group site. The one to the

IE site is right on the Home page here, and the others are in the

Links and Files in the (purple) column on the left side of each group

page.

A few of the members here are also diabetic and I am sure they will

reply with their own personal input regarding foods and legalizing.
