when i had knee replacement I couldn't eat didn't want food. i could

look at it and it had no power over me. as soon as i strated takeing

care of house and things it was back sighhhhhhhh

The difference is that now you are seeing that for what it is - desire

without real need. Awareness is the first step even if it is a baby

step and one that doesn't change anything - yet.
