I would check into fish oil and Vitamin E, especially if you are taking both. I

don't even take aspirin because of those supplements.

FYI, when I had my appendix taken out through my navel, it bled continuously for

over 24 hours without any signs of trying to clot. They finally had to stitch

the navel shut for a week. I was told those two supplements were the culprits.

I didn't expect that you would be running in a race by now but hopefully you

will be able to walk around the block someday soon.

I would not be in a hurry to do deep pressure after ccsvi treatment. Most

patients are on blood thinners and/or anticoagulants for a period of time

afterwards. I would suggest first healing and gently start strengthening

muscles and stretching. It took us time to get in the shape we're, we can allow

ourselves time to regain mobility/function.

Depending upon what blockages were found and treated, some of us may not get as

much benefit as perhaps is possible and will eventually need to be retreated.

But imho, the fact that people get any improvement is the first really

encouraging thing the medical community has had to offer us. It can only get

better.
