Guest guest
We've been using Revolution on our 2 dogs since they were puppies, and it's easy and a really good product. I'm also taking care of our daughter's elderly Chihuahua that's eaten up with heartworms. I know it won't hurt the worms that are already there, but that it will keep new ones from developing. Any treatment we know of will kill him. Guest guest
AH HA!!! doesn't have any articles on fleas and moths! I knew there had to be a limit to her powers! Stan, Seattle, Rainy. [ ] Re: O/T Fleas and Moths You can bathe dogs/cats with Dawn dish soap to help get rid of fleas- the best of the prescription meds for the animals is Revolution- it kills and prevents fleas, ticks, and even mites- it is great and pretty safe- actually safer than the over the counter meds- they often cause liver damage to pets. We have to be vigilant with any infestations - caring for over 250 rescued pets here at our home is a major undertaking without having something like fleas take over too! I ahve to say one of the hardest parts of caring for the animals and having RA is the water bottles! we have about 100 of them and the twisting of the caps off & on and then turning the water faucet off & on can get to me sometimes! I try to have other volunteers do some of that stuff though. Good luck!
