Although several people on this list swear by enemas, they never worked that great for me. I have always found colonics to be better. I also have read that the colonic penetrates into places that the enema cannot. Robin

Guest guest
Hey there! Who here has tried colonic therapy? Did it help with your RA or make it worse? I have a TA who thinks colonics are the greatest thing ever. I am a skeptic, mainly because any detox washes the maintanence drugs out of your system. Opinions? Thoughts? Thanks, G

Guest guest
> > Hi I am new to this support group as I just discovered Bee's program yesterday. I have been using antifungal herbs along with not doing a great job following the diet. I am always reading about cleansing but was wondering what you think about colonics? I know I have this in my gut and thought this might help. Any advice is appreciated! +++Hi Marcy. Welcome to our group. I recommend you do your own enemas, but having a professional do colonics is easier for some people. I only recommend coffee enemas to help with detoxification, and clear water enemas when doing my 9-day program for people who have digestion problems. However this program, with its high " good " fats cleanses the entire body, even getting rid of heavy metals, and it rebuilds all of the cells, helps pull nutrients from foods, etc. Since the intestinal lining gets regenerated every 5 days it doesn't take very long on the diet for it to be rebuilt. Otherwise the intestines don't require cleansing, and you can't cure candida by killing it off, so that's why I only recommend unrefined coconut oil as the only antifungal, and that is because of its other health benefits and not because it happens to be antifungal. Candida is only cured by building up the immune system, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements), 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer), 3) Eliminating damaging foods, and 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When the immune system is strong enough it will automatically " make " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) change back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. This diet is very different than any others out there, so I suggest you read these 2 important articles: 1) How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php 2) Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php All the best, Bee
