Guest guest
I have central sleep apnea and for awhile thought of the idea of trying to use a continuous positive air pressure machine, but from what I understand, that only works for obstructive sleep apnea. Also I hear that the machines put pressure on the ears and make it difficult to exhale. You have to force the air out against the incoming positive pressure. This, I assume, would be like blowing up a baloon,...a definate instigator of symptoms. Has anyone tried a CPAP machine and doeas anyone have any non-drug alternatives for central sleep apnea?
