I take it that the book you are referring to is called Health Food

Junkies? If you know the author, I would like to add this to our Book

List here as well as your 'review' of it too.

I think I always sensed the false direction of 'extreme' oriented

eating as much as I distrusted what diets offered too. I very much

like what your nutritionist told you about such 'limiting' food plans.

Listening to one's own body, instead of 'experts', sounds much better

to me.
