Guest guest
Don't know if this will help or not, however, when I had a six hour Provincial test to study for I started slowly with an hour a day and worked up to eight hours a day taking regular breaks as the last two months I treated it like a job. I also did a lot of breathing to calm me down. Unfortunately I stopped exercising that time to concentrate and I found I should have incorporated some time in for something pleasurable like walking the dogs. The best of luck to you, before you know it it'll be over. I guess I'll try my best and hope that I'll pass in October. Eight weeks is a very short time. :-/ Regards s.
