Guest guest
Studies have documented that antibiotics aren't very effective in eliminating chronic lyme disease, once its well established. Only work for very new bites. Some of the options for chronic lyme disease include Samento (TOA), high sea salt/high vit C, Rife machine treatment, MMS, Monastery of Herbs herbal treatment(requires MOH practitioner diagnosis), etc. These appear to work better than ABx for many. I've had lyme disease and used all of these treatments. I also had mercury poisoning and cavitations. After dealing with them all, I'm currently recovered. But the lyme may just be dormant. I've had hundreds of tick bites since I live on a farm that has lots, and studies found over 40% of the ticks in this area carry lyme and other things such as Babesia. My wife who also was disabled and in wheel chair, was diagnosed with Babesia through blood test. I currently have physical symptoms consistent with Babesia (small raised " drops of blood " under the skin in upper/middle chest area and night sweats) My wife is being treated for her Babesia with Clarithrmycine ABx. I don't know how effective that is. I have a Rife Machine and also use it on her occasionally as well as my son- Who also has lyme and had toxic metals that affected him from vaccines. I'm not currently treating anything for, other than occasional detox and Rife Machine. Bernie
Guest guest
Look up Jenna's Lyme Blog and sign up for the newsletter. The site has information on the ongoing study of Lyme disease and ways to cure it. I think the advised methods work differently with different people. I was diagnosed with Lyme but never got a definative test. I didn't want to take antibiotics for the duration that they are prescribed. Jenna said that they are not prescribed for long enough. Read her articles, there are lots of them.
Guest guest
Occasional reader of MSCured. Visited this evening and saw 4 posts regarding Lyme Disease. My story, have TWO MS diagnoses. The darn MS drugs were making me WORSE !! Was finally able to get Lyme blood tests from Fry Laboratories and IgeneX. Neither test was a " slam-dunk " Lyme diagnosis. However, the IgeneX test had many readings that were extremely indicative of a Borrelia burgdorferi (Lyme disease) infection. Had a two year continuous onslaught of antibiotics. Briefly, after the herxheimer reaction that was the confirmation of my diagnosis, I was able to walk normally ! I fear that my Lyme Literate Medical Doctor (LLMD) wasn't up to treating me. In the next couple of weeks, I'll be meeting LLMD #2 and potential LLMD #3. My new guidelines for LLMDs, Start searching for the next Lyme doc at about the 6 month point. If the doc is working out, keep him. If asking questions, go ahead and formally hire #2. Many Lyme docs have multi month waits, hence my 6 month point. Still amazingly puny. Hoping that whichever Lyme doc I end up with will get me back to decent health. (sometimes I need a note sent directly to me to wake me up) > > Studies have documented that antibiotics aren't very effective in eliminating chronic lyme disease, once its well established.
