Guest guest
I am glad I am not as old as you old farts....... But I tell you what, I think we should found a nursing home for you ancient geezers and staff it with EMT and Paramedic students. They could be precepted on geriatric care BY geriatric patients, but God forbid one of you should ever code. Talk about fair game for practice.... Considering the tremendous pension programs most EMS people have, and the disposable incomes to put away for a rainy day, the idea of a nursing home for EMSers (like the Soldiers and Sailors Home) might not be a bad idea. Guest guest
Hey does a 20 year medic make the list? 20 years Re: " Dinosaurus-Medicus " - The Search for Yoda > Very good Jane. Very good. That's been exactly my reoccurring nightmare for a few years. We're gonna look up and see nothing but the faces of former students and they'll be wringing their hands with evil smiles on their faces. Just don't put me in the same room with Dean (who, by the way, needs to be on this list as he's got about a 26 year tenure). Beasley, who still works for us, has been around since '68. There's a 34 year guy.
