Guest guest
Hi crabcake2, Instead of trying to directly treat MS-related symptoms, I think your wisest course of action would be to employ a comprehensive approach that includes (in addition to the Best Bet Diet) exercise, detoxification, a low stress lifestyle, food supplements, glyconutrients, Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN), and a host of other things that some MSers have found very helpful. Guest guest
I use an electric mini-walker (cycling movement) plus loads of yoga stretches to try and strengthen my weaker leg. I also find it is worse when it is cold and make sure I try and keep it warm. Janet To: mscured@...: crabcake202@...: Sun, 14 Dec 2008 16:49:32 +0000Subject: physical symptoms Looking for some advice.... thus far I've mostly experienced symptoms such as numbness, tingling, and optic neuritis. Now, my left leg is noticably getting weak. I have trouble running errands and shopping for hours like I used to (maybe it's a good thing I don't shop as much!). Normally I just wait out the numbness and tingling. But is there anything I can do to minimize physical symptoms like my weaking leg? I'm on the BBD and sorting out my supplements at this point. Thanks much. _________________________________________________________________ Discover the new Windows Vista http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=windows+vista & mkt=en-US & form=QBRE
