Guest guest
Same here Mike. My neck, running down from my ear to my collar bone also hurts constantly. It's very different from getting a stiff neck, usually at the top of the spine, due to stress. And my ears have been tested ... there is no wax, etc. involved with the clogging sensation. I was just told it was due to ms damaging the nerves. Guest guest
Hi, I am always quiet but I am jumping in here. My neck hurts from the back of my head down to my mid back. My ear has pressure in it and has had it for years.  I do have ringing in the ears. No one has ever told me why. My cholesterol level has always been good so if so is it still possible to need ccsvi? More recently I am having increased numbeness in my neck, back, shoulders, head, face, arms. The neuro's nurse says the lesions in my neck shouldn't cause neck pain. When I flare the neck pain gets worse. Any ideas. ________________________________ To: mscured Sent: Tue, December 7, 2010 3:54:12 PM Subject: Re: Re: Could clogged ears be from CCSVI ?  Same here Mike. Guest guest
Cholesterol has nothing to do with it. (My cholesterol levels have always been very low.) The CCSVI'd veins are usually narrowed, twisted or malformed in some way which is very different to clogged arteries. Wait for to jump in here, as I am sure she will, who knows far more about CCSVI than I do. Janet To: mscured From: yourbeamofsunshine@... Guest guest
Have you had testing for CCSVI yet? That would be the first step I'd reckon. Next, stop listening to your Neuro and his nurse if they're closed-minded to CCSVI. Get tested and do your own research so YOU are in control of making your decisions (financially AND otherwise). Also everyone, whilst yes, the things you're bringing up could have a relationship or could be worsened by us having a predisposition for CCSVI, but let's also remember that sore necks can be caused by many things - injured muscles, dislocaed vertebrae etc etc - even injuries you thought were 'just a sprain' or 'nothing to worry about'. I'm not trying to be a nay-sayer, just trying to get people to NOT jump to conclusions!! CCSVI is NOT a 'cure all' and will NOT fix all of everyone's problems and aches and pains.
