Guest guest
As far as I am concerned - your diet police are WRONG!! I don't think you are 'bad' to have 2 pieces of toast!!! What insanity!! Now if it had been 2 loaves worth, welllllll maybe a word of warning about how you would probably feel (as in STUFFED [gobble gobble he he] - LOL), but shaming?!? not from me and I'd say none others here either. And if you ate 2 pieces of toast at 7AM I'm not a bit surprised that you were hungry, honestly hungry, again at 10!! Keep that mental picture of the Keystone Cops going - humor helps me too :) Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > The " diet police " are alive and well…. Guest guest
I agree with Katcha! I don't think you are bad because you ate 2 pieces of toast!! Bread is one of the main food groups and should be enjoyed daily if you like it! I never understood the whole low carb thing...bread is one of my favourite things to eat! Food is not good or bad...it's just food. I eat breakfast around 6:30 on weekday mornings and I am hungry again usually at 9:30 or 10. And guess what...I usually have 2 pieces of toast for breakfast!
