I have an article coming up in New Pathways about just this.

Whilst I wouldn't want to do things like Warfarin all my life, I would have no

qualms in taking something like one of the following for life. They all help

thin the blood.

(None should be taken while on medication for blood thinning like Aspirin,

Warfarin, etc.)

Dandelion

Fish oil/Krill oil/Omega 3

Gotu kola/Indian pennywort

Grape Seed Extract (GSE)

Horse Chestnut

Pycnogenol

Quercetin

Rutin/rutoside, quercetin-3-rutinoside/sophorin/vitamin P

Serrapeptase

Vitamin C

Vitamin K

Zinc

Remember though that without surgery to correct stenosis, iron will continue to

be deposited if there is a backward flow of blood into the brain.

I have the same question but how safe is taking a blood thinner indefinitely?

positive for CCSVI, what wisdom might there be (or not be) in taking a blood

thinner for a while to see if you were helped by this. Wouldn't it help the

blood flow past the blockages or narrowings and cause some of the positive

results that the " liberation " treatment does?
