How much IP-6 are you taking. ?

I've only got up to 2 capsules a day.

It works doesn't it!

Half a drop is like half a hole! I took MMS and didn't have any reaction but

IP-6 knocks me for a loop.

I take 1 and wait three days to take another! I started with 3/day, 1 with each

meal but that was far too much!

It has the same effect on me as eating too much coconut oil does. It's a die-off

reaction that makes me weak, tired and grouchy! I take it just before going to

bed now just to sleep it off!
