1. What times do the conferences begin and finish each day?

2. What time is the welcome reception on the Friday & is

a meal served?

3. Does the Hyatt hotel offer free continental breakfasts?

4. Are the prices of the rooms listed for 1 person or can

2 people share the cost of that price?

5. What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?
