Hi there...I get hot flashes from my prednisone. Not on remicade so I

don't know....

When I was on Remicade my hot flashes were terrible. My little dog, I know

he thought I was crazy sitting in front of the fan in 19° weather way back

then.

I don't know as I'm not on Remicade but...

I didn't see anything about sweating/hot flashes when reading the Medication

guide on Remicade: http://www.remicade.com/remicade/assets/Med_Guide.pdf

However, when I did the Google search on Remicade and hot flashes I did find

that some news groups/health websites did have people mentioning this happening.

I would definitely ask your doctor or the nurse who gives the medication about

it.

Did they premedicate you with solu medrol (steroid)?

I can't take prednisone b/c it made my heart race, severe shakiness, and really

bad hot flashes/sweating. I just didn't feel right when I was on it.
