I also heard it's a natural source of estrogen. ------------------------------------------------------------------------

I haven't found it yet. I put off buying it because of the negative postings I've read recently -- some people have said the stuff is " vile " which leads me to believe it doesn't come in capsule form, and no one said it really helped them. So -- back to the drawing board, I guess. I was using a little Primrose Oil on my face, and last week I was doing very well with that, but then I had a facial and before I knew it I was being exfoliated (I thought I had made myself clear at the start about my condition) and I'm now at the end of a flare-up -- I haven't dared put anything on but Metrogel and my old faithful GNC Primrose night cream. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
