Magnesium helps me when I have muscle spasms.

have you checked your adrenal function? i joined this list to spread

awareness about carriers of ALD what my son has - often the carriers are

misdiagnosed

Hi Arshad,

Instead of trying to directly treat MS-related symptoms, I think your wisest

course of action would be to employ a comprehensive approach that includes a

diet low in saturated fat (like the Best Bet Diet), exercise, detoxification, a

low stress lifestyle, food supplements, glyconutrients, Low Dose Naltrexone

(LDN), and a host of other things that some MSers have found very helpful.
