Positive IE 'gains'

When I get to feeling that I am 'stuck' and not going any where

(especially down in weight) with IE, I have to stop and remind myself

that I have gained good new practices regarding my eating from IE.

Some times its only telling myself that I am 'aware' more and not

reacting with knee-jerk type eating as I did before. And on days like

this where I made a fabulous batch of chocolate chip cookies and ate

so many just because they tasted SO GOOD, I am not freaked out about

it either. I feel that is progress to be happy about :)

What are your progress points that you are happy with? I would love

for this topic to be replied to by more people than we knew we had

members here :) Its so IE to pat ourselves on the back instead of

beating ourselves up ;-) PLEASE let us know what you find that

represents some IE gains for you :) :)
