Guest guest Posted June 15, 2008 Report Share Posted June 15, 2008 When I get to feeling that I am 'stuck' and not going any where (especially down in weight) with IE, I have to stop and remind myself that I have gained good new practices regarding my eating from IE. Some times its only telling myself that I am 'aware' more and not reacting with knee-jerk type eating as I did before. And on days like this where I made a fabulous batch of chocolate chip cookies and ate so many just because they tasted SO GOOD, I am not freaked out about it either. I feel that is progress to be happy about What are your progress points that you are happy with?
