Guest guest
Thanks Elly, I love your idea about a strike. I almost did. Thanks sweetie for such a very kind post. I really appreciated it. I am over it now, but still very hurt. It was all over a simple card or just an " I love you " from anyone. Hugs friend. Hope that you are well. Love. Sue #2 -- OT Mother's Day Dear Sue, I am so sorry you had such a rotten day,you certainly didn't deserve that,I can tell just from your posts what a caring person you are. It isn't just you either,I would feel the same way if no one remembered my day. You could always go on strike.lol Seriously I hope your family sees how hurt they made you and makes up for it in some way.As for the not talking thing, sounds like guilt to me! Just know that their actions do not reflect the kind of sweet person you are. love elly
Guest guest
Hi there Elly, thank you for the wish. It was a great day with family. Goodness I do know what your saying about getting sick and feeling so bad. We must remember that other illnesses can feel just as bad and even worsen the Stills for just that time that your so sick. I'm happy to hear your back to better and good to see your post. Guest guest
I am so sad for our El; I think we should all send her a card!!! I know she has been feeling really bad for a long while now but I didn't know why either. Email me if you all want her address. melly > > Just a quick note to tell you that Elly is in hospital. Her potassium levels are in the crapper, so they've got her on an IV.

Guest guest
Hey Elly! Thanks so much for the warm welcome,I'm very glad to have found this group, just what I needed!! Yes this whole thing is a bit hard to swallow, especially when someone like myself has an anxiety disorder also, but all this happened at once and then i was diagnosed with a DVT blood clot just 2 weeks from the first diagnosis and now i have post traumatic stress disorder, but im glad a rheumatologist found it,and so now she is my #1 person that i goto since she knows all about AOSD,so she is keeping track very well, despite the fact i'm a little nervous about starting the Methotrexate tomorrow,im trying to stay very positive and look on the brighter side of things,I would love to have something to hand out to family member's who don't understand what this disease is,heck,i barely understand LOL and i'm not realy sure how to explain it to other's.maybe someone here can give me a short but simple discription that i could tell others without going umm, uhhh, hmmm lol.hope your having a good day,and hope to hear back soon! Thanks again!
