Do any of you have inflamation in your neck

Do any of you have inflamation in your neck and have massive dizziness

when

you look up or turn your head like I have.

I do.  My neck feels inflamed quite a bit and aches.  When I try rubbing it, a

migrane is triggered and I feel like throwing up.  I have lesions there.  When

I

look up I loose my balance.  What is up with the neck inflamation?

The only thing I know to do is to ice the area.

You might consider chiropractic for your neck problem.
