Guest guest
Methotrexate. I had started on methotrexate by mouth for the first 8 months of my diagnosis. I not only felt like death, I struggled to work full time on night shift and go to school full time. I look back and don't know how I did it. I swore off of it. Now many drug regimen's later, I am taking it by weekly injection to complement my Remicade. It has made a difference. The first few doses I did feel a teeny bit queasy about 12 hours after I had the injection but find it less and less to almost nothing. I don't know if you had tried the injection, a small subq needle. Easy to do. Just a suggestion if you have few or no other alternatives.
