Guest guest
It is not news to me that cinnamon controls blood sugar and I have used it in the past. It has slipped off my protocol list for some unknown reason. I watched a video today about the benefits of cinnamomum verum. Besides controlling blood sugar I read that it is anti-fungal, is an antioxidant and some people have said that it eliminates cravings for sweets. I have eaten cinnamon on food but this time I ordered capsules of real cinnamon from NOW. It's cheap at iherb. This product had high ratings. I bought it because I'm thinking this is a good way to fight candida. Nip it in the bud before it flowers so-to-speak.
