Guest guest
Can you send me the pictures please . Luv - Sheila > Hi all, Has anyone else noticed that the poor girl that has been airlifted to Sweden for treatment looks like she has a thyroid condition (goiter in her neck). See Daily Mail Saturday 25th July (you can go online as well). What IF she is an undiagnosed thyroid patient - isn't that more power to our elbow that people are going undiagnosed and are suffering the consequences of such. > > I can send the picture to anyone who is interested in this theory. >
Guest guest
Hi Bob, Funnily enough I have that red mark and have Hashi’s how comes the front of the chest area goes red then? I think her throat looks full – let’s hope and pray she gets better. Being pregnant as well could have put extra strain on her adrenals that were trying to compensate for the thyroid condition and apparently Tamiflu turns down the ACTH levels which in turn takes down cortisol (already stated on this forum – this information has helped me greatly). What do you think? Regards Mandy
Guest guest
Hi Mandy, I think it's the autoimmune inflammatory response leaking into the surrounding tissues....possibly TNF alpha (Tumour Necrosis Factor alpha ~ found fairly frequently in the body under inflammatory attack..) Whatever the cause, it probably indicates an ongoing attack in the thyroid gland. best wishes Bob >> Hi Bob,> > > > Funnily enough I have that red mark and have Hashi's how comes the > front of the chest area goes red then?> > > I think her throat looks full - let's hope and pray she gets better. Guest guest
I will tell you what happened to me recently. I had a sore throat and thought I was coming down with a cold. It is very hot where I live, 110 deg. and I had fans and an evaporated cooler going constantly, just to get by, so I thought the draft might have had something to do with it. My throat began to hurt me so bad on one side I had to take a pain killer. Next, my checks felt like they were on fire, my eyes water constantly and My nose ran like the Niagara Falls! I was drained physically and had to lay down and nap a lot. I also had a temp of 102.6. I went to the Dr. and she said I had a " virus " but didn't put a label on it. I figured it must be swine flu. She said her whole family had it including her children, who thought they were going to die. My pharmacist also told me there was an abnormally high incidence of people in town with the same condition. It has taken me a good 2 weeks to get over the " virus. " I'd say it was swine flu. Guest guest
terrible, sorry to hear it. Not sure why you didn't use godzilla, we see a lot of remission stories. read up maybe next one can be lots milder? You're in the right place to do something about it, especially the earlier it is used. there's tons of info here to help you. bG > > It might be a fraud to sell vaccines, or it might be real, but my > > daughter in law, a nurse at the hospital says that they have a large > > number of patients diagnosed with swine flu. Guest guest
I read in the newspaper the other day that Australian Scientists have made a vaccine and are currently running trials in South Australia. It made me wonder at how different vaccines are between countries and between who actually manufactures them. Fleur Australia

Guest guest
Be careful if you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis - Iodine at 10 drops is probably not a good idea! If you want to use Iodine, start at 1 drop for several weeks, working your way up drop-by-drop. At any point you begin to have throat pain or hyper symptoms, go back down. ~ Unity 10 drop of 6.5 mg lugol will help.ask in the iodine group
Guest guest
Flu prevention is one of my interests so I have paid close attention to any posts that touch on flu. Although it does not sounds like it is 100% many people report having a much lower incidence of colds and flus while on LDN. Guest guest
We had the same experience, dd never runs fevers then all of the sudden she was 102, we all got over it pretty quick but it hit out of no where (I know my nose started running at bed time and by morning I had that hit by a train feeling and my face wanted to implode and that was just a couple hours after the runny nose started) and the fever was just shocking. Anyway, we did a early infusion and by the time we made it to the pedi a couple days later she was better and the pedi wasn't worried about it and just assumed it was the flu and was excited dd ran a fever and had enlarged lymph nodes and thought maybe her immune system was trying to kick in. The problem is we have a shortage of supplies around here and I can't get him either vaccine. Guest guest
I just saw Larry Palevsky talk at my local community center; he didn't do the vaccines talk, but a general wellness talk. One of the things he brought up (to great audience discomfort!) was the fact that the swine flu virus is just one of literally zillions of random viruses floating around. Not to mention that the regular flu shot is composed of flus that were in Asia last year, and did we really think they stopped at the Pacific rim and said " nope! we can't come to the US till NEXT YEAR! " So chances are your kids have already come into contact with all the flus anyway, they are in the air and no amount of handwashing is going to protect you, only eating right, sleeping and getting fresh air. I wish all doctors had common sense like him. Maybe this is good aammo against your families' arguments. On another note, it was reassuring to me to see other moms actively talking about their kids' non-vax status. I've been attacked a lot whenever I bring this topic up in certain mom groups, but this was a holistic moms network so a bit more open. There was one incident, a mom and I were comparing notes about local docs who didn't require vaxes (we live in a borough of NYC) and this older woman came up to us saying " did I hear you both say don't vaccinate your kids? " We both looked at each other like hear we go... She continued: I've been telling my daughter it's crazy all these shots. Give me that doctors name too and I'll have her go there too. " We were only too happy to oblige. > > Ok I'm getting REALLY irritated with the media hype/scare on this and then I have all my pro-vaccine family members calling to bug us about why we're not getting the vaccine and/or why I'm not keeping thekids home. It's like there's ALWAYS something going around, I can't keep them home FOREVER! Stuff scares me but again there's always something, and there's not a safety net or 100% safe vaccine for everything that can happen but I can't live inside forever, I'm just irritated!! >
