There are testimonials of people who have seen positive results gradually, after 3-4 months on glyconutrients. I suppose one should use them for some months before being able to tell if they really help. I wonder why my holistic doctor never mentioned them and I am going to discuss with him about the subject and have them tested on me in the way he tests the supplements he suggests.
