Guest guest
Hi - FYI, I do sell the encyclopedia. I don¡Çt have the book in my hand, but candida can be eliminated by diet alone. What is your diet like and are you on a low sodium diet? http://foodforyourbloodn.goemerchant7.com <http://foodforyourbloodn.goemerchant7.com/> love Yet another newbie! Hi, (Suzy) I've got fibromyalgia too! Been following The pH Miracle diet and while it helped some things, it made others worse. The main problem right now is fatigue...I have never had it this bad...usually the pain for me was the main issue and THAT I can deal with! I don't think I have been eating enough protein. Anyway, I went to a new chiropractor and she's been evaluating my nutritional supplements. Mentioned the alkalizing diet and how weak I am and she pointed me to Dr. D'Adamo's program. I bought the cookbood today and a smaller pocket guide for type O. I was interested in 's post about an encyclopedia??? Would anyone happen to know what it recommends for O types with candida oververgrowth? Looking forward to learning more!
Guest guest
i'm new here (relatively) and have fibromyalgia too - and now, it seems, some sort of major whole-body arthritis pains. I'm thinking that it's the minor re-introduction of wheat (as i had been good about being off it, then got slack)? Yikes, i have no idea, all i know is that i hurt like hell all over. I was also thinking that my problem is TOO much protein? That's what Nutritional Healing seems to say about rheumatoid arthritis. I'm also thinking that i'm probably a non-secretor and i've just paid big bucks for a saliva test that will be sent to nova scotia ... and now i'm wondering about the results and whether i'll trust them or not (previous discussion re saliva vs blood tests)? I'm looking forward to seeing how you all begin to do this progam - i'm glad there are other newbies - i'm planning on working it with my naturopath. d --- <sealevelheaded@...> wrote: > Hi, > > (Suzy) I've got fibromyalgia too! Guest guest
Hi , I've been following The pH Miracle alkalizing diet...mostly veggies and about once a day, if that, of fish or a little chicken. I've been battling yeast infections along with severe fatigue. Went to a new chiropractor who advised me, as a type O, to follow the Eat Right For Your Type diet, so I went out and bought the books that were available being the cookbook and a small, pocket sized Blood Type O food, beverage and supplement list. About the only thing processed that I eat is a little Newman's Own salad dressing. It seems, other than the lack of sufficient protein and the right type of protein, that I've pretty much been keying into this new program. I don't eat dairy, very little bread or pasta, etc. I'd be glad to know what, if anything, the encyclopedia suggests as I'm on my way to the heath food store today for some other products that I need to take for the fibro and would love to make it a one- trip task! Thanks ! > Hi - FYI, I do sell the encyclopedia. I don¡Çt have the book in my > hand, but candida can be eliminated by diet alone. Guest guest
– 1 – larch, probiotic 2 – caprylic acid 500mg 2x daily 3 – clove fruit 50mg 1 a day 4 – guaranteed potency garlic 400mg 2 x daily 5 – UDA + 2 caps 2 x daily 6 – bladderwrack 1 caps up to 5 times a day 7 – zinc 15 mg if a non secretor As far as your diet – “”””very little bread or pasta, etc. “”” should say: no bread or pasta with your condition. Eating mostly veggies with little protein is eating like an A, not like an O. Protein should be eaten with each meal. You will also need fat! So if you were to eat more protein, lots of veggies and fat & NOTHING ELSE except fruit here & there, I can almost guarantee you that you will feel much much better. Use more sodium also. http://foodforyourbloodn.goemerchant7.com <http://foodforyourbloodn.goemerchant7.com/> love PS: what supplements are you getting? Guest guest
Hi Donna, Welcome to the group. The Hanger band is another band. All active bands are based on the DOC band. Usually the Hanger band is considered active which means it will apply gentle pressure (not felt by ) to help round out 's head. Usually the easiest way to tell if a band is active or passive is how frequently the infant goes in for a check-up/adjustment. Every 1-2 weeks indicates an active band. The bands are all made out of light weight material with inner foam liner. The key to good correction is the experieince of the ortho. Hanger is requiring more training of their orthos that are using this device (this is good news). Which Hanger are you going to? We may have some members that have gone there and can give a personal perspective. mom to na DOC grad South Carolina www.thefilyaws.com donna712004 <donna712004@...> wrote: Hello,I'm another newbie! Guest guest
Hi,I was diagnosed with RA about thee years ago but had a lot of prior symptoms that were not taken seriously. I had a lot tendonitis,a couple of trigger fingers, achy wrists and a hard lump on my left elbow.I had some aches and pains and felt a little ''crappy'' nothing I could really put my finger on.My primary Dr.sent me to orthopaedics and they blew me off...getting older,a little arthritis, need a little more exercise etc. All of this was true but,I 'also had RA and wouldn't find out about it for a few more years. How many people go undiagnosed for long periods of time when it's'' so important to get early treatment? Enjoy your evening and rest well. BBK
