Hi Bernie,

Yes, I feel like there has been a shift in my symptoms--more brain

fog, fatigue, racing thoughts, fatigue, and light headed than ever

before. At the same time, two of my MS symptoms (tightness in the leg

and urinary frequency) have actually improved. My vision/optic

neuritis has remained poor but stable (not getting worse).

I have not done another SCIO. The only thing I did for Lyme was the

Monastery of Herbs but I did not feel improvement from that

unfortunately.

Right now, I am just doing the Best Bet Diet and LDN and a few

supplements, and I just added Armour thyroid (as I was diagnosed with

hypothroidism as well) and increased my progesterone cream and am

taking DHEA--as I measure low in these.

Other than that, I am in limbo as to what to try next. I have not

done another SCIO since the first. The thing that confused me was

that the SCIO said I had Rocky Mountain Spotted type of Lyme and

's method said I had bicoastal Lyme.

I had an awful reaction to a very small dose of oral DMSA a while

back, which scared me in regard to chelation.

Any suggestions are certainly welcome.

these?   Have you done another SCIO lately to see what your main

issues are currently?    My lyme counts were down and I was

feeling better after Monastery of Herbs treatment, but after stopping

it my numbers were up again some.  And I got the flu over the

holidays.  First time I've had flu or cold in 15 years or so.  I

plan to reassess after the holidays.
