Guest guest
Hi all, I seem to have had success raising my Vitamin D levels with Vitamin D3 supplementation. Two times earlier this year, my 25(0H)D was in the 20s, which is deficient to low. Now I just got the latest result back and I am at 55, which is OK. I have been taking 3000 to 4000iu per day. I do have some concerns about the way Vitamin D3 is taken from the lanolin of animals, but my D levels were quite low, so decided to try it. I am taking the Freeda brand, as it was recommended by Betty Iams who is managing PPMS very well.
