Guest guest
You have to be taking them for quite a few weeks before you really start to feel a decided benefit Jean. Be patient a little longer and see how you will feel on three tablets. However, do remember to take them with plenty of food in your tum. I always take 1 daily with breakfast but recently, been under work stress and hands started to shake, so knew I needed to up them again. I took two this morning, on an empty stomach and almost immediately felt quite nauseous. It soon passed off but I had this before when I increased my dose and didn't take them with food. Luv - Sheila I thought this meant I was getting into a deeper sleep than my usual due to the NAX, but its been harder getting up the past 3 mornings also. As if it wasn't bad enough! Is this me getting a bit better? And is this normal? How do you know when they're starting to work? Jean
Guest guest
I think one thing that is going on is that you are worrying too much Lizzie. Your body has to get used to these new medications and I think you are still going through the teething problems, but you are beginning to feel the benefit of Armour. Your temperatures and BP are going up - so something is working, and you are starting to feel better. Try taking a little magnesium - you might be short of this, and it should stop your anxious feelings when you increase your Armour. Hang on in there and see how you feel when you have been on two grains for 3 or 4 weeks. You have to increase slowly for your body to get used to all the other enzymes that are in Armour. I think you will be fine, just be patient. luv - Sheila I have to say that I have felt slightly anxious at work in a morning for the last few days however, this morning I expected to feel lousy due to having no sleep and had the best morning yet, no anxiety and came home and went to the supermarket and felt fine. I'm really not sure what's going on here and whether I should just hang on and see if things settle. I am still having the old hypo syptoms joint aches and weak muscles so don't feel that I have reached my optimum dose yet. Can anyone advise me, did they feel the same when building up the Armour. I previuosly took 100mcg T4 and 30mcg T3 and didn't feel anxious. thanks Love Lizzie No virus found in this incoming message.
