Guest guest
hello Dawn. I am new here too. The whole concept of eating according to what your body needs is going to be hard. I had no trouble getting rid of diet books ect.. I usually throw them out when I figure out that they are full of it. One thing that is hard for me is not adhering to a strict schedule and throwing out my scale. I know in the end this will be the best because I am an obsessive person. good luck to you. Guest guest
Welcome Dawn! Baby steps are definitely a good place to start. When I started IE in January of this year, my mantra was and still is " Just one foot in front of the other " . Practicing IE for most of this year now has been an amazing journey for me and being apart of this group has been extremely helpful. I'm sure that this group can provide you as much support as you found on the other groups...there is an phenomenal group of individuals that connect here. I'm looking forward to hearing more about your journey. Latoya:) > > Hi everyone, > I'm new here and in the process of reading IE.
