Guest guest
thanks all for your great responses! i knew about the iodine, and have been careful to always get iodized sea salt--will that bring my levels up to normal, or should i consider taking a supp as well? also, good news--i actually broke a sweat yesterday at the sauna--drank 3 liters of water when i came home and felt amazing, very warm for the first time in weeks and relaxed--but today am a complete mess. i've got a scary amount of toxins inside me despite best efforts and it's going to take a while to get them out. i strongly feel the saunas are helping, though--any suggestions for a protocol i should follow with them? my first instinct is go every day, but my whole-hog tendencies have gotten me in trouble before. also, how do i find out if i really do have thyroid issues? because i have every symptom of hypothyroidism--but kaiser, natch, refuses to actually acknowledge that anything is wrong. quelle surprise. thanks again, all. and apparently i can post again! aviva
