Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am Lucia and I've been following the IE for only about a week. Yet as it was a week of changes, I've decided to join the group and to get in contact with other people, who are following IE. For the first time in my life I feel released and I don't have to control and humiliate myself all the time (while thinking about food). And I have noticed first positive physical and mental changes. So I am very happy to be in the group. Warm regards, Lucia
Guest guest
Welcom to this place. I am really new too. Just joined in the middle of this last week and have been reading IE for about 3 weeks. I just had two of my old eating habit days in a row. Waiting too long to eat; eateating beyond satisfaction; eating again before hunger; eating beyond satisfaction, again; eating before hungry, again. I did it all day yesterday and started today by not eating anything until abuot 12:30 noon. Then, I just ate until I was uncomfortable. I I just got back from the store. I tried to buy only things that sounded fabulous. When I set out to do that, I thought----I'll come home with nothing. I had five bags (the plastic bag size, not the paper bag size), spent $93 and have quite a bit of stuff. And I didn't get anything except things that sounded fabulous. The catch? Now, I have to wait until I am hungry to eat anything....I am looking forward to that time. It shouldn't be too much longer. Besides, I think IE says not to go beyond 5 hours. I still have 2 hours to go. I am a little bit afraid that with all this fabulous food, I won't know what to eat....maybe it doesn't really matter. I notice that there are lots of posts in what is morning my time and lots in the evening and hardly any during the day. I also notice that the times it says things were posted cannot possibly be right....unless most of these people are in Europe. Again---welcome. > > Hi everyone, > > I am Lucia and I've been following the IE for only about a week. Guest guest
Sounds like you are doing a good job of trying out what works for you. Do share what does and doesn't too, we all learn so much from each other. Yes a few of our members here are in Europe - Germany, France and the Netherlands too. (did I miss any other) I would say its usual for posts to come in mostly in mornings and evenings as isn't that when we use our computers for non-business fun?!? ;-) Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > Welcom to this place.
