Guest guest
I must just be too lazy. By the time I get it all set up---the wine, the candle, the book---I lose interest. I have to force myself to stay in the water. My book gets wet. I bet I never last more than 10 to 15 minutes..... and I kid you not----that is with force----- > > > > > > > > > just out of curiosity---does anyone find taking a bubble bath a good > > replacement for eating????? > > > > > > >

Guest guest
What I've learned in my IE journy is that when I want to eat when I am not hungry it is always for a reason...so I (try to) ask myself " What do I really need? " (If you are a habitual emontional eater, like I am, it can be very hard to identify what you are really needing, but I've found that it gets easier with practice.) Often I've figured out that what I need is to rest, do something nice for myself or just relax. When this is the case, a bubble bath can be wonderful, especially in the winter when it is cold out. And neither is knitting, reading listening to music, going for a walk or taking a nap a good replacement for food when it comes to me. Replacements don't work. Like replacing an apple for chocolate. It just doesn't work. Regards s.
