I have used iHerb for several years as I am based in Spain where supplements are

prohibitive. They always ship same/next day and are here with 10 days and only

charge a couple of bucks for shipping this far. They have an impressive range

of products.

Hi

Was it you who recommended he IP6 from iherb. If so is there some particular

variant or brand name that is best and should it replace Chlorella rather being

used alongside? Regards

Yes it was me.

Natural Factors, IP6 & Inositol, 500 mg, 240 Capsules bought through iHerb.

That is the brand I am using which seems to be working fine although I am only

up to 2 a day so far and I think they say 4.

I expect there are other good brands. My deciding factor was I didn't want one

with legumes too as I am BBD.

IP-6 does a different thing to chlorella. I've been taking chlorella to rid my

body of excess mercury. IP-6 goes for iron.

I have been doing the two alongside as I am just tailing off the chlorella

cleanse and there hasn't been a problem.

IP6 kills borrelia (that binds with iron) and taking it may cause a die-off

reaction. Go slow and make sure that your bowels are moving the dead parasites

out fast lest you recirculate the toxins. I bought Source Naturals brand from

iHerb. I don't know about taking it with Chlorella but ripping stuff out of

your body can also have negative consequences. Be careful of doing too much at

once. Don't start with the amount suggested by the manufacturer. I had to cut

back to one every few days instead of one per meal.

Janet,

I don't know if you follow Andy Cutler but he warns against chlorella

for Hg tox because it has a high affinity for Hg in nature, therefore

it's often contaminated, and it causes redistribution because it

doesn't bond strongly to Hg like chelators. Again, not sure on your

stance but thought I'd mention that.
