That is wonderful news Yay for you. Hugs Eva

Thank you for sharing, ! How inspiring!!

Congratulations!

One size down!

Hi everyone!I had a very positive, affirming experience today that I thought I would share with you. I stopped getting weighed during my first month of Intuitive Eating when the scale went up 7 pounds. That sent me running back to diet mentality for a few days until I returned to my senses - and intuitive eating! It was too difficult to focus on my internal cues with those scale numbers bouncing around in my head so I haven't gone near a scale for the past 2 months. I have felt like my size 3X dresses were getting baggy in the past few weeks but I was afraid it was just wishful thinking. I went to my favorite plus size store today because they were having a big sale. I figured I would try a 2X in the same style dress I usually buy. It fit, with room to spare! Yay! :-)It is great to know I can have my cake and eat it too, AND lose weight at the same time. THANK YOU INTUITIVE EATING! :-) Get the scoop on last night's hottest shows and the live music scene in your area - Check out TourTracker.com!
