Guest guest
I know that I am in no way the person with the most pain, and I really appreciate all the thoughts and suggestions. Today I'm going for some acupuncture. It has helped me in the past when I felt out of control or out of balance, which I certainly am right now. It's weird how some days the pain isn't much of an issue, and other days it's the only issue. When summer finally comes, I know I will feel better - I'm one of the solar-powered people! My girls are giving me a hard time about not working, which is very difficult to take. They are young and healthy, and they think I should be working to " contribute " to the family. Never mind that I'm running the family with three kids and a dog! So, I've turned this into another whining session. So sorry! Friday is my appointment with the rheumy, and I'm going to tell him like it is. Wishing everyone a pain-free day, with lots to smile about. Guest guest
Hi Leanne: Good luck with your Acupuncture today. I hope it gives you some much needed relief. How old are your girls? I know one thing, I could never hold down a job when my RA flares. I would be totally bed bound. Three kids and a dog is a lot to take care of, under normal circumstances. When I am in bad RA pain from a flare, the pain makes me crazy. I can't even think straight. When in high pain, the pain overrides everything. Some days I can bear it, and other days, I just pray for the day to be over. It is a hard life living with day to day pain. Pain is very wearing for me. I am sure it is the same for you. I hope you have a good Rheumy appt. this week, get all your questions answered, get whatever meds. you need to be pain free, and that your Rheumy really listens to you, and is compassionate and caring. Wishing you pain free days ahead. Hugs, Barbara > > I know that I am in no way the person with the most pain, and I really appreciate all the thoughts and suggestions. > > Today I'm going for some acupuncture.
