Guest guest
Pizza was a challenge in many ways for me too. One was that both my hubby and I loved the fresh hand made pizza we used to enjoy (inhale!) where we lived before. Not having been able to find anything near that where we live now, I tried to learn to make pizza for us instead of being dissatisfied by all the 'not near' alternatives we had here. We ate, half heartedly, all my attempts until I hit upon what WE liked. For a while pizza was such a seductive treat that we would almost eat the whole thing at dinner time. And I'm talking about a16 " er for 2 too! I felt guilty about making pizza for us more than once a month - all that cheese (fat/cholestrol etc.) and pretty much stuffing ourselves too. Thank goodness for IE!! Now we eat and enjoy as much as we want at dinner, knowing we can eat (I re heat, he doesn't) more any time we want it - even next morning for breakfast. Pizza has become food - yea! Katcha IEing since March 2007 > I still enjoy pizza occassionally.
