Hi Clora.  Always so happy to hear from you.  It sure sounds like you finally

have some good Drs. that want to help you in anyway they can.  Great for you

too.  Those cortisone shots help so much with our pain when it is out of

control.  What a blessing to have your knee's pain free.  Hard to believe how

great those shots work.  I know you are happy with your weight loss, but what a

hard and awful way to lose the weight.  I just hate to throw up.  It is the

pits. 

I so agree about exercising the right way, and with your doctors guidence.  It

is very easy to get hurt in the gym and really need someone to guide us.  I

wish you success with this plan.

 

I have come to the conclusion that I really don't care anymore if anyone does

not understand my daily struggle with RA and that horrible pain.  I know as we

all know that it is not in our heads.  So insulting to us to say that.  I have

come a long way since joining our wonderful group.  Here we all know what each

of us is going through, and are here to help and understand and love, no matter

what.

 

I am happy you are able to walk a little.  We all begin with small steps.  I

know things are turning around for you in a good way, and I could not be happier

for you.  Nice you can try to get to church this week.  I know it is a hard

struggle for you.

 

My RA nodule is on the outside of my right foot, right at the arch.  It looks

like a bone sticking out, and is very red and very sore.  I only have shoes on

when I go out.  It feels so much better going shoeless.  I don't know much

about this surgery, but my Rheumy said I will feel much better when it is

removed.  I will be glad to get out of that pain.  Plus, it is hard to walk

and I am unsteady on my feet.  RA has raised hell with my feet and ankles.

 

I hope you have a good weekend.  Also, I hope your back stops hurting.  It is

hard to lie down or sit when it hurts like that.  God Bless you Clora.  Talk
