Just off the top of my head, I think pan- means all, so it could be (maybe

meaning throughout the entire colon), but I'll try to check further into it.

All I can find in my Taber's, Stedman's Concise, and big Stedman's is

pancolectomy, but I'm sure you can have something that is pancolonic. Also,

I know this sometimes doesn't mean anything, but there were a lot of hits on

Google for pancolonic.
