POTS-like symptoms- input needed

Hi All!

My wife with chiari and syrinx has symptoms that sound exactly like

POTS/orthostatic intolerance, but passed a tilt-table test (about a

year ago).

Have any of you passed the tested and still been diagnosed with this?

If so, was a cause in addition to chiari or syrinx found? I had

read

somewhere that hormone problems can cause this. And how is it treated?

Sorry so many questions, just trying to figure out what is going on-

gets a bit confusing after a while! Any input or experiences would

be
